In March 2009, native warrior Splitting the Sky, broke through the police line in Calgary and attempted to arrest George W. Bush for crimes against humanity and violating Canada’s immigration law. In doing so, he captured the public imagination and shamed the police and our elected officials.
First our police stood by while George W. Bush – then a credibly accused but now a self-confessed war criminal – walked unopposed on Canadian soil. Only when a Canadian citizen attempted to defend our laws did the police leap into action: to arrest Splitting the Sky, defending injustice and repressingthe righteous!
From the other side of the border, things look as bad if not worse. Consider the words of former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark:
“We dare not blink at the magnitude, diversity and pervasive impact of the known crimes committed by the Bush administration. And he considered himself above the law where domestic affairs were concerned even as he signed Acts of Congress into law.”
Clearly this man, George W Bush, is among the most egregious of war criminals. As such he is forbidden from entering Canada under Canadian law – unfortunately Conservative Immigration Minister Jason Kenney was deaf to protesters’ cries of “defend our laws” and refused to act to defend our borders. Yet days later he invoked the same law to ban peace activist and former British MP George Galloway from entering the country. One has to wonder if men like Kenney and our Prime Minister, Steven Harper, have any interest in defending our laws or sovereignty – because it appears that their only desire is to appease the American empire.
Despite all this, Surrey Mayor Dianne Watts has had the temerity to invite Bush to Canada yet again, this time on October 20th, 2011, and this time in our city.
*But this time we will be ready. This time we will see that our laws are enforced, our sovereignty defended, and our sense of justice satisfied. George Bush must be prohibited from entering Canada. If he does cross the border he must be arrested. And if he makes it to Vancouver then it must be made clear that those who are hosting him – like Surrey Mayor Dianne Watts — are complicit in war crimes.*

Earlier today, thousands of angry Canadians received the below response from Senator Joseph Day, copied below, with the news that the corrupt Canadian corporate government passed Bill C-36, despite the will of the People. Yes, it is of course disappointing that Health Canada has been legislated carte blanche-type powers similar to Nazi Germany in the 30′s. But we must know that it is just another step in the larger process on a grander awakening. The people will feel the noose tighten a little more, before ignition – this is natural.
We know that there is coming a time in our near future when we will stand united – in love of our families, friends, country, future generations and all of humanity – and fully and completely shed tyranny. This tyranny-shedding happens within each of us, as it does on the collective outside reality.
Expansion of consciousness continues to light up the way, our path. And consciousness expands rapidly through being centered in love and allowing the resulting higher faculties to develop within us each. (This process is happening anyways.) Shedding of the old comes naturally when the creation of the new is ripe. Collective ripeness will bring great action. My prayer is that we ripen freely and quickly. But, all things in good time.

My advice is that, come the next election, you do your best to remind fellow voters how the Conservatives abused their numbers in the Senate to pass flawed legislation. Only then will this Conservative government realize that the Senate’s role is to ensure that our laws and institutions serve all Canadian citizens, not just the interests of their political party.

Many people are absolutely convinced that the job description of the government as it stands today is to simply round us up and dumb us down. One of the best examples of government abuse that would fit this statement (Other than the FDA) is chemtrails. We’ve all seen them; if not, just look up to the sky. This attack on the very air we breathe is most likely the largest attack on mankind that was ever devised and it is being purposely ignored by the media. Ron Paul knows about all of this, just ask him.
These chemtrails are all under the watch of ARM which stands for Atmospheric Radiation Measurement. This is the branch of government responsible for measuring the aerosol particle scattering campaigns we call chemtrails. Their site can be found here: ( http://acrf-campaign.arm.gov/isdac/ ) The reason this dot-gov site exists is simply to appease the public due to the Freedom of Information Act. Remember ARM makes it hard to see the fact they are measuring dangerous chemicals scattered into the atmosphere, but you will see that they do admit it if you probe deeply into their site. (They also admit they monitor who views their site).
These chemtrails are always full of barium and aluminium as well as sulphur dioxide, and they often contain newly invented viral strains. However, most any flu or viral outbreaks from these chemtrails can be eradicated with a formula similar to the one found here:

Put in a Google search on chemtrails. Granted, many of the small private websites are somewhat ignorant in their ideas and conclusions, but these are common people with some very legitimate questions like: “What are they doing to us and who are they”?
It is not just the media showing irresponsibility. It is almost everyone looking up to the skies saying: “They are spraying that stuff again. Oh well, nothing I can do about it. If there was anything wrong or dangerous going on they would report it on TV. I am sure they know what they are doing. I don’t want to sound like one of those conspiracy guys”.
The truth is, we should all be screaming at the top of our lungs and asking every local TV news station to report this on a daily basis until we force the big media to get their heads out of the sand. This is the most American thing you can do.
You can email ARM with a few questions; however, they will always say, “We only measure the natural particles found in the atmosphere.” The next step is to send them a photo of chemtrails (similar to the one seen here: ( http://godshealthcareplan.com/chemt… ) with a message saying: “OK, Then please tell me which branch of the government is doing this.” They will then stop communications with you. Yet, on their own website they talk about the many campaigns (past and future scheduled) of scattering aerosols into the atmosphere.
When you call ARM and ask them who is responsible for the visible trails in the sky they tell you they are merely contrails. When you ask them to please look at the picture of chemtrails, they tell you they are terminating the conversation and simply hang up on you. (Author’s own experience)

On behalf of Senator Day, let me assure you that he shares your concerns regarding Bill C-36, and the process under which it was studied.
On Wednesday November 24th, Senator Day attempted to pass two motions at the Senate Standing Committee on Social Affairs, which was tasked with the study of this bill. The first was to have Shawn Buckley appear as a witness; the second was to extend the committee hearings so as to further reflect on recent testimony, which the committee heard last week on Bill C-36. Both of these motions were voted down by the Conservative members on the committee.
Rest assured that Senator Day will do all he can to ensure that Bill C-36 is not passed in this seemingly haphazard manner. He strongly believes that the committee should give proper consideration to the bill, which entails hearings from all Canadians who wish to express their views on this bill.
