The BioPen is brand new technology. This tiny device is given a sample of blood and can detect many bacterial or viral contaminations. These weapons are intended for use against “potentially hostile civilians”, in anti-terrorism operations, counterinsurgency, and other military operations. (2)

A US operated AN-124 changed its call sign from civiilian to military which then triggered a response from the IAF upon entering Pakistani air space, the plane was forced to land in Mumbai while the second one was forced down by Nigerian figther jets that also arrested the crew.

According to reports China  (China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force) contacted the Indian and Nigerian intelligence officials about the presence of these US operated Ukranian aircrafts amidst growing concern that the United States were spreading “biological agents” in the Earth’s atmosphere also which some Chinese officials believed to be a attempt to mass genocide via the spread of h1n1 swine flu.

The strange thing about these reports and arrests as well as the forcing down of the planes were that these aircraft were carrying “waste disposal” systems that could spray up to 45000kg or 100pounds of aerial type mist from sophisticated network of nano pipes that led throughout the trailing edges of the wings thereby dispersing whatever was in these tanks through a mist.

19 September 2009A Chicago researcher dies working with Yersinia pestis (the plague which is now supposedly spreading through Ukraine):

A University of Chicago researcher died Sun., Sept. 13, at the Medical Center’s Bernard Mitchell Hospital from an infection which may be attributable to a weakened laboratory strain of Yersinia pestis, the bacteria that causes the plague.

The researcher studied the genetics of harmful bacteria, including a weakened strain of Yersinia pestis that lacks the bacteria’s harmful components. This strain is not known to cause illness in healthy adults and has been used in some countries as a live-attenuated vaccine to protect against plague. It has been approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for routine laboratory studies. The weakened strain does not require the special safety precautions required for work with virulent strains.

Though there does not appear to be a threat to the public, and no other illness related to this case has been reported, the Medical Center infection control team is working with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH), the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and the CDC to investigate the case and take all appropriate precautions.

“This death is a tragic loss to our community,” said James L. Madara, MD, Dean of the Biological Sciences Division and Pritzker School of Medicine, and CEO of the Medical Center. “We are all saddened to lose a valued colleague.”

The patient’s initial autopsy showed no obvious cause of death except for the presence of bacteria. Routine cultures of the patient’s blood grew the weakened strain of Y. pestis. Whether the attenuated strain caused the fatal illness in this researcher remains uncertain. Additional studies to assess the connection are underway.

Nevertheless, once the attenuated strain of Y. pestis was identified on Sept. 18, Medical Center officials immediately notified the CDPH. As a precautionary measure and in cooperation with the CDPH, Medical Center personnel began notification of family, friends, colleagues and health care personnel who may have had contact with the patient.

People exposed to Y. pestis typically develop symptoms within 2 to 10 days. None of the potential contacts has reported illness. The weakened strain is not believed to be dangerous to healthy individuals, but underlying health conditions could potentially increase susceptibility. Anyone who might have been exposed will be offered antibiotics as a precaution.

While rare in the United States, plague remains a significant problem in the developing world, where up to 3,000 cases are reported every year. U.S. cases still occur in parts of California, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. The last known case of person-to-person transmission of plague in the United States occurred in 1924.

Then LAST WEEK Airplanes sprayed mysterious substance over Ukraine days before pneumonic plague outbreak

Kiev, Ukraine – Authorities in the town of Kiev, Ukraine denied any spraying of “aerosolized medication” by aircraft over the city. This after it was reported that light aircrafts were seen flying over the forest market area that sprayed a aerosol substance to fight h1n1 or swine flu.

5 Sources confirms this and the local newspapers of Kiev also received hundreds of phone calls from residents and business owners close to the area the planes were spraying the suspicious substance. Not only that but local businesses and retailers were “advised” to stay indoors during the day by the local authorities.

As if that is not enough, the government authorities also pushed the radio stations in Kiev to deny the reports. Online on forums, websites and blogs reports came in about eye witness accounts that confirms this. There was also reports of helicopters spraying aerosols over Kiev, Lviv, Ternopil and throughout Ukraine.

30th October the Ukraine president Viktor Yushchenko ordered the army or Ministry of Defense to establish mobile hostpitals to provide “essential medications” for people infected with h1n1 (swine flu).

Then just recently the entire Ukraine was put under martial law, more shocking is the statement before the serious pneumonic plague broke out “Due to the complex epidemiological situation in the western regions of Ukraine, where tens of thousands of people have become ill, thousands are in hospital, and dozens have died.”

November 3, 2009, Middletown, NJ – In an unprecedented and historic move, Chris Christie put pen to paper last week and made an official campaign promise to citizens of New Jersey in support of vaccination choice. He further cemented his position on live radio with Don Imus, by becoming the first gubernatorial candidate to utter the words vaccines, autism and parental choice in the same sentence. Vaccine choice supporters showed up in record numbers tonight to cast their vote for Christie.

“Tonight, vaccine choice advocates in New Jersey are proud to announce that vaccination choice is officially a voting block,” says Life Health Choices Founder, Louise Kuo Habakus, who met with campaign leaders last December and kept the lines of communication open. “This election is a wake-up call to politicians nationwide. Vaccine choice belongs in the parents’ house, not the Statehouse or the White House.”

After receipt of the official Christie campaign promise on Friday, vaccination choice and autism advocates mobilized in force on the internet. They alerted tens of thousands of supporters, who in turn took to Facebook, Twitter, and their own support group networks to reach hundreds of thousands more. News of Christie’s now famous statement spread like wildfire through the state and across the country:

“I stand by them now, and will stand with them as their governor in their fight for greater parental involvement in vaccination decisions that affect their children… Ending waste in government in order to improve care and services for these unique children and adults, as well as giving parents the choice they deserve in their children’s health care decisions, will be top priorities.”

Anger towards Governor Corzine has been building. It is well known that New Jersey, Autism Capital of the World, is also Ground Zero for mandated shots for school. Many parents and grandparents blame environmental causes, including the state’s ultra-aggressive vaccine schedule. The “Freedom of Choice” rally in Trenton last fall garnered national media attention and catapulted this issue into the mainstream dialogue. On the heels of Corzine’s 2008 decision to add four additional vaccine mandates to the state’s already crowded schedule, thousands of parents have lined up to attend vaccination choice seminars and protests across the state.

In August, Christie and running mate, Monmouth County Sheriff Kim Guadagno, met with parents and received an unvarnished assessment of New Jersey’s position on this issue from Habakus: “Fifty percent of Americans in 18 U.S. states including the highly populous, corridor states of California and Texas have vaccination choice. Nurses: We're not taking it.

SEATTLE – A union representing 16,000 registered nurses in Washington state has filed a federal lawsuit against MultiCare Health System for implementing a mandatory flu vaccination policy.

“This new policy will force nurses to get the flu vaccination or to wear face masks as a condition of employment and may result in the firing of nurses who do not comply with the policy,” the union said in a statement.

The lawsuit, filed by the Washington State Nurses Association, seeks an injunction to stop the policy from being implemented at both Tacoma General and Good Samaritan hospitals.

The nurses’ union said in a statement that it supports a voluntary vaccination program, but that any mandatory policy should be overseen by the state or federal government.

“Any mandatory vaccination policy should be implemented on a federal or state level, not through a patchwork of hospital-by-hospital policies,” said Judy Huntington, executive director of the nurses’ association.

The union said it was in the midst of negotiating a flu prevention program it they learned from the nurses that MultiCare had unilaterally implemented a mandatory vaccination policy.

“MultiCare’s unilateral implementation of this policy blatantly ignores their legal obligation to bargain with the union,” said Barbara Frye, the association’s assistant executive director of labor relations.

“Their refusal to bargain and to cease and desist forced us to take this extraordinary measure to seek relief from federal court,” she said.

The union said MultiCare’s proposed plan would require unvaccinated nurses to wear a surgical mask at all times while on duty even though there is a lack of research showing that masks actually prevent flu transmission.

B.C. might suspend seasonal flu shots as early as Monday for people who aren’t seniors, in the wake of a Canadian study that suggests people who get the normal flu vaccine are twice as likely to contract the H1N1 virus.

Several news outlets have reported the preliminary findings of the study, which is still under peer review. Researchers found that those who received the seasonal flu vaccine in the past were more likely to catch H1N1.

While the research was initially met with much skepticism from health officials, several provinces, including Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nova Scotia, have suspended seasonal flu shots for anyone younger than 65, the Globe and Mail newspaper is reporting in its Monday editions.

Quebec announced its decision Sunday, postponing regular flu shots until January to devote the fall vaccination season to the wave of expected H1N1 infections. New Brunswick, on the other hand, announced last week that it will stick to its plans to offer seasonal flu shots in October.

The B.C. Ministry of Healthy Living and Sport is holding a news conference Monday morning at 9:30 to make what is billed as “an announcement around B.C.’s seasonal flu vaccine campaign.”

Jeff Rudd, ministry spokesman, would not confirm whether minister Ida Chong will announce a suspension of the vaccine.

“I can’t say what [the announcement] is about,” Rudd said. “All I can say is it has to do with the sequencing of vaccines.”

Chong will be joined by Provincial Health Officer Dr. Perry Kendall and Dr. David Patrick, director of epidemiology services for the B.C. Centre for Disease Control.

Last week, Kendall told CBC News that the uncertainty around how the flu shot interacts with the pandemic flu shot makes “decision-making a lot more complex.”

He said: “It would be very nice to have information cut and dried, and very clear in advance in plenty of time to make the decisions. But that isn’t, unfortunately, the world that we’re living in.”

The lead researchers behind the controversial study were Danuta Skowronski of the B.C. Centre for Disease Control and Gaston De Serres of Université Laval in Ste. Foy, Que., according to news reports.

65% of French nurses will refuse the vaccine.

According to a survey by the French national union of professionally qualified nurses (SNPI CFE-CGC), 65% of all nurses in France will refuse the “swine flu” vaccine over safety concerns.

The results of a survey of 4,107 nurses which was conducted on September 16th show that only 26% of French nurses will accept the H1N1 vaccine with a further 9% still undecided.

The protests of nurses appear to be impacting on the French Health Minister, who has indicated she might drop plans to give vaccines with adjuvants to pregnant women.

Thierry Amouroux, Secretary General of SNPI CFE-CGC, said that injecting 94 million doses of the H1N1 vaccine into the population as the French government plans to do poses a “public health problem” because the “swine flu” vaccine has been produced “rapidly in a weak regulatory framework with the undeniable presence of adjuvants.”

He said that it was the duty of nurses to give proper information to the general public so that “everyone can make their own decision in full knowledge of the issue and with free and informed consent.”

The Current Swine Flu is an amalgam of the Spanish flu virus (which is actually a swine flu), Avian flu virus and human flu virus. This concoction is agreed by many experts to only be made possible in a laboratory setting.

Dr Jeffery Taubenberger of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology based in Rockville, Maryland headed up this special expedition to re-enliven the deadly Spanish (aka Swine flu). And even a cursory look into the infamous Fort Detrick, Maryland highlights a dark history in bioweaponry.

By April, 2009, WHO and CDC were describing the influenza virus responsible for the “pandemic” as a “novel triple reassortant virus” that combines H1N1 (swine) virus with H5N1 (avian) virus and Human flu virus, (H3N2) and that such a “triple virus” had never been seen before. THE UNTOLD HISTORY OF VACCINATIONS

We trust you will be as shocked as we were to learn the truth that vaccinations have been a scam from day one.

Case in point— the very first vaccine, smallpox over 150 years ago is not the darling that we were led to believe eradicated smallpox. In fact, it ignited pandemics in the very countries that adopted the mandatory vaccination program. England which only suffered a few thousand deaths to smallpox began losing tens of thousands of souls to the disease immediately following the smallpox vaccination program. In fact, Edward Jenner, father of vaccinations even admitted that the disease was little known until his vaccine. Germany lost 124,000 souls, Japan 29,000. All had been vaccinated. Australia, on the other hand, which abstained after 2 deaths from the shots, lost 3 souls total. Hmmm? And it wasn’t until the vaccination program was altogether halted that the smallpox disease reverted back to its natural evolutionary decline, brought about by cleaner living habits, and was eventually allowed to die out altogether. A similar story can be told of the deadly Spanish flu of 1918. This erupted from a new forced vaccination program of all WWI American soldiers. In fact, it is said that a common saying of the day was that more men were lost to shots from the medics than from shots by the enemy. And even after the results of the shots should have been glaringly obvious to all, they pushed ahead with a nationwide vaccination program to ‘protect’ the civilians from the ‘bugs’ the soldiers picked up overseas. They then exported this vaccination program to the rest of the world which then suffered a deadly pandemic which cost some 50 million souls. Greece, one of the few countries to abstain from the Spanish flu vaccination program, had no Spanish flu outbreak. Coincidence?

Some claim money was the drive behind this but perhaps it was something far more sinister. Money is only the tool used to enlist the greedy to do the dirty work. And need we bring up the devastating Gulf War syndrome that is almost unanimously agreed by all soldiers to be caused by the vaccinations as many fell ill before ever leaving American soil? Oh, and for any of you who may have military in the family, note that they are always on the front line for vaccinations.

Back on topic, the polio vaccine, likewise has a not-so-funny twist to what we all thought was the truth. Polio, like smallpox was also on its natural decline before the vaccine was ever introduced. Immediately after mass innoculation, polio deaths increased by 250%. In addition, they changed the name of the disease for those who were innoculated. Soooo, if you were vaccinated and died of polio it went down as a death labeled aseptic meningitis. Polio deaths down: asceptic meningitis deaths up. This made their graphs look exactly as they wanted them to for public show. Dr Jonas Salk testified in 1976 that the principle, if not sole, cause of polio in the U. S. was the polio vaccine, itself. Is this not amazing that we are still under some deluded impression that injecting disease into our bloodstream is actually a good idea?

One brave investigative journalist in Austria has gone so far as to file criminal charges with the Austrian government against Baxter AG, the European division located in Austria of the large Pharmaceutical Organization, Baxter International headquartered in Illinois. The charges were prompted after Baxter shipped regular seasonal flu vaccines to neighbouring European countries tainted with the deadly avian flu virus. A Czech Republic lab worker caught the contamination and thankfully an ‘accidental’ pandemic did not occur as they immediately sounded the alarm and alerted the other countries before the seasonal flu vaccine was ever allowed to hit the public.

But there’s a bigger question in all this: How could this company have accidentally mixed LIVE avian flu viruses (both H5N1 and H3N2, the human form) in this vaccine material?

The shocking answer is that this couldn’t have been an accident. Why? Because Baxter International adheres to something called BSL3 (Biosafety Level 3) – a set of laboratory safety protocols that prevent the cross-contamination of materials.

Hepatitis B

I understand that 60 percent of patients who are vaccinated for Hepatitis B will lose detectable antibodies to Hepatitis B within 12 years. I understand that in 1996 only 54 cases of Hepatitis B were reported to the CDC in the 0-1 year age group. I understand that in the VAERS, there were 1,080 total reports of adverse reactions from Hepatitis B vaccine in 1996 in the 0-1 year age group, with 47 deaths reported.

I understand that 50 percent of patients who contract Hepatitis B develop no symptoms after exposure. I understand that 30 percent will develop only flu-like symptoms and will have lifetime immunity. Polio Surge in Nigeria After Vaccine Virus Mutates

LONDON — Polio, the dreaded paralyzing disease stamped out in the industrialized world, is spreading in Nigeria. And health officials say in some cases, it’s caused by the vaccine used to fight it.

In July, the World Health Organization issued a warning that this vaccine-spread virus might extend beyond Africa. So far, 124 Nigerian children have been paralyzed this year — about twice those afflicted in 2008.

The polio problem is just the latest challenge to global health authorities trying to convince wary citizens that vaccines can save them from dreaded disease. For years, myths have abounded about vaccines — that they were the Western world’s plan to sterilize Africans or give them AIDS. The sad polio reality fuels misguided fears and underscores the challenges authorities face using a flawed vaccine.

Nigeria and most other poor nations use an oral polio vaccine because it’s cheaper, easier, and protects entire communities.

But it is made from a live polio virus — albeit weakened — which carries a small risk of causing polio for every million or so doses given. In even rarer instances, the virus in the vaccine can mutate into a deadlier version that ignites new outbreaks.

The vaccine used in the United States and other Western nations is given in shots, which use a killed virus that cannot cause polio.

So when WHO officials discovered a polio outbreak in Nigeria was sparked by the polio vaccine itself, they assumed it would be easier to stop than a natural “wild” virus.

They were wrong.

In 2007, health experts reported that amid Nigeria’s ongoing outbreak of wild polio viruses, 69 children had also been paralyzed in a new outbreak caused by the mutation of a vaccine’s virus.

Back then, WHO said the vaccine-linked outbreak would be swiftly overcome — yet two years later, cases continue to mount. They have since identified polio cases linked to the vaccine dating back as far as 2005.

It is a worrying development for officials who hope to end polio epidemics in India and Africa by the end of this year, after missing several earlier deadlines. “It’s very disturbing,” said Dr. Bruce Aylward, who heads the polio department at the World Health Organization.

This year, the number of polio cases caused by the vaccine has doubled: 124 children have so far been paralyzed, compared to 62 in 2008, out of about 42 million children vaccinated. For every case of paralysis, there are hundreds of other children who don’t develop symptoms, but pass on the disease.

When Nigerian leaders suspended polio vaccination in 2003, believing the vaccine would sterilize their children and infect them with HIV, Nigeria exported polio to nearly two dozen countries worldwide, making it as far away as Indonesia.

Nigeria resumed vaccinations in 2004 after tests showed the vaccine was not contaminated with estrogen, anti-fertility agents or HIV.

Experts have long believed epidemics unleashed by a vaccine’s mutated virus wouldn’t last since the vaccine only contains a weakened virus strain — but that assumption is coming under pressure. Some experts now say that once viruses from vaccines start circulating they can become just as dangerous as wild viruses.

“The only difference is that this virus was originally in a vaccine vial,” said Olen Kew, a virologist at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The oral polio vaccine used in Nigeria and elsewhere contains a mild version of the live virus. Children who have been vaccinated pass the virus into the water supply through urine or feces. Other children who then play in or drink that water pick up the vaccine’s virus, which gives them some protection against polio.

But in rare instances, as the virus passes through unimmunized children, it can mutate into a strain dangerous enough to ignite new outbreaks, particularly if immunization rates in the rest of the population are low.

Kew said genetic analysis proves mutated viruses from the vaccine have caused at least seven separate outbreaks in Nigeria.

Though Nigeria’s coverage rates have improved, up to 15 percent of children in the north still haven’t been vaccinated against polio. To eradicate the disease, officials need to reach about 95 percent of the population.

Nigeria’s vaccine-linked outbreak underlines the need to stop using the oral polio vaccine as soon as possible, since it can create the very epidemics it was designed to stop, experts say. WHO is researching other vaccines that might work better, but none is on the horizon.

Until a better vaccine is ready, WHO and U.S. CDC officials say the oral vaccine is the best available tool to eradicate polio and that when inoculation rates are nearly 100 percent it works fine.

“Nigeria is almost a case study in what happens when you don’t follow the recommendations,” Kew said.

Since WHO and partners began their attempt to rid the world of polio in 1988, officials have slashed the disease’s incidence by more than 99 percent.

But numerous deadlines have been missed and the number of cases has been at a virtual standstill since 2000. Critics have also wondered whether it is time to give up, and donors may be sick of continuing to fund a program with no clear endgame.

“Eradication is a gamble,” said Scott Barrett, an economist at Columbia University who has studied polio policies. “It’s all or nothing … and there is a very real risk this whole thing may fall apart.”

Aside from Nigeria, polio persists in a handful of other countries, including Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Chad, Angola and Sudan.

Aylward agreed the Nigeria situation was another unwelcome hurdle, but was confident eradication was possible. “We still have a shot,” he said. “We’re throwing everything at it including the kitchen sink.”

Benjamin Sandler MD, published a book (Diet Prevents Polio) explaining AND DEMONSTRATING the connection that a high protein diet PREVENTED POLIO.

Sandler stopped the polio epidemic of the fifties dead in its tracks in his small southern town by stopping sales of all high sugar products, pop, ice cream, candy, sweets that were suddenly flooding the country with junk sugar made with the toxic synthetic sugar filler called D-glucose. His diet was published in every important newspaper in the country and in my opinion was responsible for a great reduction in the numbers of polio cases. The human body needs L-glucose, it’s like trying to use a right handed thread instead of a left handed thread. This info, and its link to polio has been available to nutritionists for well over seventy five years. The disease early on was traced to areas in the world receiving cane sugar from areas that suffered crop failures in which the sugar would be overly refined and thereby containing more than normal percentages of D-Glucose. There are very small amounts of D-Glucose in normal products. E.g., honey, when allowed to form crystals dumps its D-Glucose into the crystals, if this is fed to bees, they will die. When honey is heated it is dead and no longer forms crystals so the D-Glucose remains in the product. Crystals should be discarded. The only honey known that does not form crystals is tupelo.

1. History demonstrates that there has NEVER been a SAFE vaccine.
2. History demonstrates that NO vaccine has EVER prevented, ameliorated, or cured ANY epidemic disease – whenever the true facts are investigated properly, by unbiased persons.
3. Based upon the facts in 1. and 2. above, No one should EVER subject themselves to ANY vaccine for ANY reason, under ANY circumstances. Quarantine is the only acceptable procedure under ANY circumstance and should NEVER be such that inhibits a person from pursuing his/her livelihood.
4. It is my opinion that Polio found in vaccinated persons is not an INFECTION but rather a POISONING. There is much confusion in differentiating an infection from a poisoning, especially considering the improperly aroused concern of the public and its effect on the medical fraternity. I believe that most doctors are ethical and concerned for their patients and are opposed to these practices but are afraid to speak out – the drug company effects are overwhelming, they control all medical behavior and all television and national news reporting because they are paying almost all the bills via their drug commercial costs. The major networks are kept alive by the money they earn from drug commercials. Even the weather channel is now hawking the swine flu vaccine. It’s a disgusting situation and the only cure would be for everyone to turn off their TV and keep it off.

The mindset of the public is such that, in spite of the overwhelming, unassailable nature of the evidence against the HIV theory, the crime committed by the CDC, FDA and NIH back in the 80s and 90s, most people by far, still believe there was an AIDS epidemic and that AIDS is a transmissable disease and do not know the facts that prove that the HIV organism (which still has not been proved to exist) is a harmless “passenger” virus that has been indicated to be present in the earliest blood samples on record. In other words, anti-vaccination folks have a hard row to hoe convincing the public about vaccine truths.

PS – if people could catch the flu, or a cold, or pneumonia, or an “infection” from one another, all the doctors and nurses would be dead… even venereal disease is not as “catchy” as most people believe but that’s another story.

Journalist Files Charges against WHO and UN for Bioterrorism and Intent to Commit Mass Murder

(NaturalNews) As the anticipated July release date for Baxter’s A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine approaches, an Austrian investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

Summary of claims and allegations filed with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009

In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.

Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants, Barack Obama, President of the U.S, David Nabarro, UN System Coordinator for Influenza, Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, David de Rotschild, banker, David Rockefeller, banker, George Soros, banker, Werner Faymann, Chancellor of Austria, and Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister, among others, are part of this international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain.

The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the “bird flu” virus and the “swine flu virus” in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.

Burgermeister’s charges include evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four counties. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.

In her April charges, she noted that Baxter’s lab in Austria, one of the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau.

In February, when a staff member at BioTest in the Czech Republic tested the material meant for candidate vaccines on ferrets, the ferrets died. This incident was not followed up by any investigation from the WHO, EU, or Austrian health authorities. There was no investigation of the content of the virus material, and there is no data on the genetic sequence of the virus released.

In answer to parliamentary questions on May 20th, the Austrian Health Minister, Alois Stoger, revealed that the incident had been handled not as a biosecurity lapse, as it should have been, but as an offence against the veterinary code. A veterinary doctor was sent to the lab for a brief inspection.

Burgermeister’s dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the United States in the event of pandemic. In addition, legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in the U.S. under conditions of pandemic declaration.

She charges that the entire “swine flu” pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population. She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This “swine flu” is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.

WHO’s claim that this “swine flu” is spreading and a pandemic must be declared ignores the fundamental causes. The viruses that were released were created and released with the help of WHO, and WHO is overwhelmingly responsible for the pandemic in the first place. In addition, the symptoms of the supposed “swine flu” are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common cold. The “swine flu” does not cause death anymore often than the regular flu causes death.

Burgermeister notes that the figures for deaths reported for the “swine flu” are inconsistent and there is no clarity as to how the number of “deaths” has been documented.

There is no pandemic potential unless mass vaccinations are carried out to weaponize the flu under the guise of protecting the population. There are reasonable grounds for believing that the mandatory vaccines will be purposely contaminated with diseases that are specifically designed to cause death.

Reference is made to a licensed Novartis bird flu vaccine that killed 21 homeless people in Poland in the summer of 2008 and had as its “primary outcome measure” an “adverse events rate”, thereby meeting the U.S. government’s own definition of a bioweapon (a biological agent designed to cause an adverse events rate, i.e death or injury) with a delivery system (injection).

She alleges that the same complex of international pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies that have developed and released pandemic material have positioned themselves to profit from triggering the pandemic with contracts to supply vaccines. Media controlled by the group that is engineering the “swine flu” agenda is spreading misinformation to lull the people of the U.S. into taking the dangerous vaccine.

The people of the U.S. will suffer substantial and irreparable harm and injury if they are forced to take this unproven vaccine without their consent in accordance with the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, National Emergency Act, National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51, Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20, and the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.

In the U.S. since 2008, Burgermeister charges that those named in her allegations have implemented new and/or accelerated the implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the U.S. of their lawful constitutional rights to refuse an injection. These people have created or allowed provisions to remain in place that make it a criminal act to refuse to take an injection against pandemic viruses. They have imposed other excessive and cruel penalties such as imprisonment and/or quarantine in FEMA camps while barring the citizens of the U.S. from claiming compensation from injury or death from the forced injections. This is in violation of the laws governing federal corruption and the abuse of office as well as of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through these actions, the named defendants have laid the groundwork for mass genocide.

Using the “swine flu” as a pretext, the defendants have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.

She further charges that the complex of pharmaceutical companies consisting of Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi Aventis are part of a foreign-based dual purpose bioweapons program, financed by this international criminal syndicate and designed to implement mass murder to reduce the world’s population by more than 5 billion people in the next ten years. Their plan is to spread terror to justify forcing people to give up their rights, and to force mass quarantine in FEMA camps. The houses, companies and farms and lands of those who are killed will be up for grabs by this syndicate.

By eliminating the population of North America, the international elite gain access to the region’s natural resources such as water and undeveloped oil lands. And by eliminating the U.S. and its democratic constitution by subsuming it under a North American Union, the international crime group will have total control over North America.

Jane Burgermeister is a dual Irish/Austrian who has written for Nature, the British Medical Journal, and American Prospect. She is the European Correspondent of the Renewable Energy World website. She has written extensively about climate change, biotechnology, and the ecology.

In addition to the charges currently under investigation that she filed against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology in April, she has filed charges against WHO and Baxter among others concerning a case of exploding “swine flu” vials meant for a research lab on a busy IC train in Switzerland.

In her view, control of the media by the ruling elite has allowed the world crime syndicate to further its agenda unabated while the rest of the people remain in the dark about what is really going on. Her charges are an attempt to get around this media control and bring the truth to light.

The bottom line is now, more than ever, we need to be aware of the real story behind vaccinations.  (Not because there is any real threat to us [the true identity], but because in physical existence unless there are certain karmic factors, being alive and free is generally preferred to being dead and/or subject to enslavement.) And learn how the elite’s planned global depopulation ties in directly with a sinister vaccine campaign.  And most importantly, shed illusory fear and stand up for our rights as divine human beings, as we consciously choose a better future together, in and for this physical existence.
