On behalf of Senator Day, let me assure you that he shares your concerns regarding Bill C-36, and the process under which it was studied.
On Wednesday November 24th, Senator Day attempted to pass two motions at the Senate Standing Committee on Social Affairs, which was tasked with the study of this bill. The first was to have Shawn Buckley appear as a witness; the second was to extend the committee hearings so as to further reflect on recent testimony, which the committee heard last week on Bill C-36. Both of these motions were voted down by the Conservative members on the committee.
Rest assured that Senator Day will do all he can to ensure that Bill C-36 is not passed in this seemingly haphazard manner. He strongly believes that the committee should give proper consideration to the bill, which entails hearings from all Canadians who wish to express their views on this bill. Your continued support in this endeavour would be greatly appreciated.

Have all of Canadian politicians gone mad? What the hell is going on? Why would Health Canada agents be participating in an armed raid out of the country? And why are we paying for this? Senator, do you think this is right? Secondly, in the first senate debates on November 4, Senator Wilfred Moore asked why this bill would specifically not be subject to review by Standing Joint Committee for the Scrutiny of Regulations. Senator Martin replied, “I am trying to remember the exact point. It would follow regulatory procedures. I will check on that and report back to the honourable senator.” I hold this question in light, and re-state it again: Why is this bill specifically not subject to review by Standing Joint Committee for the Scrutiny of Regulations?? Is it because it would be seen by the Committee as obviously dismantling critical elements of our Constitution, and be thrown out? Have you all been paid off to sell us out, indeed to sell out Canada herself, and become mere agents of power-hungry corporations in a growing fascist state? Bill C-36 is totalitarian by its very nature of circumventing the judicial system. It ridiculous – and flat out scary – that you could even be considering to give a corporation like Health Canada more power to act on its whims and impose crippling fines and measures without having to prove anything in a court of law.
Please look into this matter deeply and consider the deep and far-reaching implications of the legislation your are considering in Bill C-36. Fascism will not work for Canada. You must be aware that without you speaking up, we are headed there rapidly. I ask you to engage your conscience and your own critical thinking on this issue.

A new study in the Journal of the American Dental Association finds once again that, contrary to what most people have been told, fluoride is actually bad for teeth.
Dental fluorosis
Exposure to high levels of fluoride results in a condition known as fluorosis, in which tooth enamel becomes discolored. The condition can eventually lead to badly damaged teeth. The new study found that fluoride intake during a child’s first few years of life is significantly associated with fluorosis, and warned against using fluoridated water in infant formula.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is of a similar opinion. According to their website:
“Recent evidence suggests that mixing powdered or liquid infant formula concentrate with fluoridated water on a regular basis may increase the chance of a child developing … enamel fluorosis.”
In a significant turn of events, Geraldo Riviera – who has for years been labeling all 911 truthers as “nutjobs” – is now openly discussing the need for the truth to be made known.
1000 injured in nuclear protests, police at breaking point
Like the Roman legions vanquished in the Teutoburger Wald in Lower Saxony in 9 AD, the 17,000 police officers that marched into the woods around the nuclear storage facility in Gorleben in northern Germany on Sunday morning looked invincible. Police personnel from France, Croatia and Poland had joined in the biggest security operation ever mounted against protestors against the a train carrying nuclear waste to a depot in an isolated part of Lower Saxony’s countryside. Helicopters, water canons and police vehicles, including an armoured surveillance truck, accompanied an endless column of anti-riot police mounted on horses and also marching down the railway tracks into the dense woods. Tens of thousands of anti riot police clattered along the tracks, their helmets and visors gleaming in the morning sun, and wearing body armour, leg guards and carrying batons.
But by Sunday night, those same police officers were begging the protestors for a respite.
Trapped in black, icy woods without supplies or reinforcements able to reach them because of blockades by a mobile fleet of farmer’s tractors, the exhausted and hungry police officers requested negotiations with the protestors. A water cannon truck was blocked by tractors, and yet the police still had to clear 5000 people lying on the railway track at Harlingen in pitch darkness. The largest ever police operation had descended into chaos and confusion in the autumn woods of Lower Saxony, defeated by the courage and determination of peaceful protestors who marched for miles through woods to find places to lie down on the tracks and to scoop out gravel to delay the progress of the “the train from hell.”
The police union head Reiner Wendt gave vent to the general frustration when he issued a press statement via the DPA news agency last night saying the police had reached exhaustion point and needed a break. Behind the scenes, a battle seemed to be raging between the police chiefs, tucked up in their warm headquarters urging more action, and the exhausted officers on the ground.
The police on the ground won out. The Castor train – called a “Chernobyl on wheels” because it has been carrying 133 tonnes of highly radioactive waste to an unsafe depot – was stopped in the middle of the countryside and Nato barbed wire was placed around it. Lit by floodlights and guarded by a handful of police, the most dangerous train on the planet was forced to a halt after a 63 hour journey across France and Germany.
The defeat of the legions at Teutoburg marked the end of the attempt by the Roman empire to conquer Germania magna. And the failure of the biggest ever police operation two thousand years later in the woods of Lower Saxony to tame women, elderly people and school children protesting the government’s nuclear policy, could well also go down as a turning point.
The Berlin government can no longer rely on the discredited mainstream media to control the way people see issues. Too many people recognise it to be a tool of propaganda. The government now needs to resort to brute force to bludgeon through decisions that enrich corporations and banks and impoverish everyone else. But the police forces at its disposal are simply not sufficient given the scale of the protests now gripping Germany. Only 1,500 police reinforcements could be mustered on Morning from the entire territory to deal with road blockades by thousands of protestors aiming to delay the transport of the nuclear waste on the final leg of its journey.
The police officers were exhausted after shifts of 24 hours or more, often without any food or just a cappucino and snack bar, and they had nothing to look forward to but more of the same drudgery after a night spent four to a room in a Youth Hostel.
A leading figure in a German police police union Bernard Witthaut today even lashed out at the government for trying to drive through unpopular policies using the police.
“Whether in Stuttgart or in Wendland today my colleagues are simply not getting out of their anti riot gear because of the wrong decisions by the government,” he said.
Many police officers also expressed sympathy with the protestors’ aims.

So, this is interesting.
Scholars have traditionally placed the actual birth of Jesus of Nazareth (aka Yeshua ben Joseph, aka J.C.) at between 4 and 6 BC. However, traditional scholars did not have the benefit of advanced computer programs which can go back in time to map precisely what the heavens looked like circa 2,000 years ago.
Enter a software called Stellarium, an open-source application free to download. I’ve been messing around with this program for the past while, matching it up with my interest in Sidereal astrology.(please see footnote #5 for a critical understanding about Sidereal astrology.)
First, a bit of background info. A commonly known fact is the the historical Jesus was not born on December 25. Several centuries after the event, certain powers-that-be overlaid the Christic birth event with the ancient understanding that the Winter Solstice held great importance as the time of “rebirth” of our Sun. That is, that Dec 25 signifies a time when the sunrise & sunsets start moving north again. (This of course begins immediately with the solstice on Dec 21, but not is not noticeable to the watchful naked eye until a few days later.) But in any event, we know Jesus was not born on Dec 25, and there is a common belief that the Christic birth happened either in the fall or the springtime.
So, using the Stellarium software, and a growing awareness that planetary positions actually mean something, I went back in time, speeding through each of the configurations of each new moon for the past ~2,500 years. (It’s truly amazing what you can do with this software.) New moons are associated with times of birth. And, in the ancient texts, it’s stated that mystics knew that the birth of the Avatar was coming, based upon an astrological sign/pattern in the sky (translated into Greek as “star”). So I was trying to put the two together: an intuition to look for something around a new moon, along with trying to find some pattern that was remarkable and of miniscule statistic improbability.
What I found was quite remarkable indeed.
Here then is precisely what the astrological sky looked like, at the time of sunrise (~6:45am), in Israel, on 1 March 7 BC. Analysis is below the images. (click image for fullsize image.)

In summary:
As the sun rose on 1 March 7 BC, in Israel, the astrological configuration was as follows:
The Sun and Moon were together in the ascendant house (the 1/12 portion of the sky with the rising sun. The ascendant or “rising” house greatly strengthens the qualities of any bodies present in it.)
It was precisely a New Moon, to the hour in fact.
Jupiter was also in the ascendant.
Jupiter represents expansion, wisdom, judgment, guru, morality, spirituality, truth, and teaching.
Saturn was also in the ascendant.
Saturn represents administration, religion, work, control, details, time, and manifestation.
Venus was also in the ascendant.
Venus represents love, creativity, refinement, sexuality, feminine energy, and psychology.
Uranus was also in the ascendant, exactly conjuncting (aligned with) Jupiter.
Uranus represents uniqueness, transpernal, supersocietal, outside-of-the-box, spirituality, boldness, opinination, and strengthening all planets aspecting with it. (link)
Mars was in the descendant - setting in the west precisely when all of the above was rising in the east.
Mars represents the male energy, assertiveness, courage, willpower, war.
Ok, so that’s pretty statistically impossible so far. Now consider this:
The Sun was in the centre of Pisces. (Jesus has always been associate with the symbol of the fish – he was a fish/water avatar.)
The precise New Moon was also in the centre of Pisces.
Jupiter was also in Pisces.
Saturn was also in Pisces.
Venus was also in Pisces.
Uranus was also in Pisces.
Mars was precisely in the center of the torso (belly) of Virgo – the Virgin. So, the male energy of Mars is in the Virgin’s belly – symbolically speaking, of course.
Mercury was just next to Pisces, and in Aquarius, which matches and strengthens Mercury’s “strong communication” characteristics.
Mercury represents communicating, intelligence, and eloquence.
Neptune was in Scorpio, precisely at the tip of one of the scorpion’s pincers.
This is, at the very least, a strange coincidence that such an improbable configuration happened around what we know was the time of the historical Christic birth. Another configuration with such a degree of “statistical improbability” has not happened this side of 500 BC, according to my analysis using the Stellarium software.
I will leave it to the reader to draw their own conclusions. Comments are welcome.

The reader may duplicate these charts by downloading Stellarium, entering Jerusalem as the location (31°47′N, 35°10′E), and entering a time that equates with (year:-6, month:3, day:1, time: 6:45am Jerusalem time). The exact time that the program shows will depend on your timezone.
“Sidereal astrology” looks at the actual positions in the sky; whereas mainstream astrology is off by approximately 23.5 degrees, as the astrology powers that be haven’t taken into account the precession of the equinoxes – a scientifically-established 25,000 year cycle of “polar wobble” – since around the 5th century. So, if you’re wondering why traditional astrology doesn’t always work for you, it could be because it is a collective game of pretend. The bottom line is if you think you’re a certain sun sign, chances are, the sun was probably not actually in that sign at the time of your birth. Note: what I refer to as mainstream astrology is also known as “tropical”, or “western”.
In addition to the first year, the family will receive more than $500,000 per year to pay for Hannah’s care. Those familiar with the case believe the compensation could easily amount to $20 million over the child’s lifetime.
Hannah was described as normal, happy and precocious in her first 18 months.
Then, in July 2000, she was vaccinated against nine diseases in one doctor’s visit: measles, mumps, rubella, polio, varicella, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, and Haemophilus influenzae.
Afterward, her health declined rapidly. She developed high fevers, stopped eating, didn’t respond when spoken to, began showing signs of autism, and began having screaming fits. In 2002, Hannah’s parents filed an autism claim in federal vaccine court. Five years later, the government settled the case before trial and had it sealed. It’s taken more than two years for both sides to agree on how much Hannah will be compensated for her injuries.
In acknowledging Hannah’s injuries, the government said vaccines aggravated an unknown mitochondrial disorder Hannah had which didn’t “cause” her autism, but “resulted” in it. It’s unknown how many other children have similar undiagnosed mitochondrial disorder. All other autism “test cases” have been defeated at trial. Approximately 4,800 are awaiting disposition in federal vaccine court.
Time Magazine summed up the relevance of the Poling case in 2008: …(T)here’s no denying that the court’s decision to award damages to the Poling family puts a chink — a question mark — in what had been an unqualified defense of vaccine safety with regard to autism. If Hannah Poling had an underlying condition that made her vulnerable to being harmed by vaccines, it stands to reason that other children might also have such vulnerabilities.”
Then-director of the Centers for Disease Control Julie Gerberding (who is now President of Merck Vaccines) stated: “The government has made absolutely no statement indicating that vaccines are a cause of autism. This does not represent anything other than a very specific situation and a very sad situation as far as the family of the affected child.”
In a remarkable turn of events, the world’s press have jumped all over the UFO issue, following CNN’s live airing of the whistleblower testimony of many military men at the National Press Club, on September 27.
Is this a legitimate coup for truth? Or is there something else going on here, perhaps related to what insiders have called “project blue beam”, or a fake invasion? What’s going on here?
In all of this excitement about possible revelations, let us remember the warlord Henry Kissinger’s famous quote:
