Numerologically, today is 11/11/11… something which doesn’t happen very often!! The multiple ‘1′ energy is linked with shifting to a new paradigm and evolution of consciousness. Many people are taking time to meditate today with intention to tap into and support this positive shift.

Below is a quite a good little 7-minute guided audio meditation which was originally posted on the Lightwork Spiritual Development site. You may enjoy it too!

I really quite like it as well! Thanks to Krista at the Lightwork Spiritual Development site for providing it.

There are a lot of good tools such as this meditation that, when used regularly, can help springboard one to the next level of their development. They key is to narrow down the methodologies / tools from the endless offerings, feel and find what works for you, and stick to a programme which works for your schedule.

In the case of this useful meditation, a regular contribution of 7 minutes a day can help reap a spiritual harvest over time.
